Amanda Schindhelm is an experienced project manager, structural engineer and commercial diver possessing strong technical, management, and interpersonal skills. Her experience includes the design, analysis, and rehabilitation of transportation structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls and overhead sign support structures. She has directed both the routine and underwater inspections of thousands of structures in many states, including complex bridges spanning major waterways, extensive waterfront properties and ancillary structures.
Mandy earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. She is a registered professional engineer in eight states and an Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) Certified Air Diving Supervisor. Mandy holds numerous certifications for structural inspections and design from the National Highway Institute, including Underwater Bridge Inspection.
