Brendan Carroll is a solutions architect responsible for customized application design, development and deployment of both desktop and Web-based solutions. He is a lead GIS developer and customized product solution manager versed in all facets of client server, database, and web development solutions throughout the entire enterprise. Brendan holds bachelor’s degrees in English and geography from Towson University.
KCI recently conducted a pilot project for the City of Bowie, Maryland, replacing 830 ft of water main using the trenchless approach of pipe bursting.
KCI performed a traffic study in Rising Sun, Maryland, to determine traffic volumes and help the town work with trucking companies to employ new routes that will reduce traffic loads on certain roads in the area.
BGE showed off it’s new Trash Elimination Device (TED) which was created with the help of KCI and Clearwater Mills, LLC in an effort to rid waterways of litter.
KCI is constructing an interchange on Watkins Mill Road as well as an exit ramp from the southbound lanes of I-270 to Route 124 in an effort to relieve traffic congestion.
