Brendan Carroll is a solutions architect responsible for customized application design, development and deployment of both desktop and Web-based solutions. He is a lead GIS developer and customized product solution manager versed in all facets of client server, database, and web development solutions throughout the entire enterprise. Brendan holds bachelor’s degrees in English and geography from Towson University.

KCI worked with Metro Public Works to conduct field observations and collect data to determine the impacts that slow moving vehicles have on regular vehicular traffic within the downtown region.
