Carolyn Roberts was promoted to Vice President and Director of Human Resources in 2016. She joined KCI in 2008 as assistant director of human resources and managed KCI’s benefits including the firm’s 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and supplemental executive retirement plan, in addition to establishing KCI’s wellness initiative.
Prior to joining the firm, she held a variety of leadership positions for Baltimore-area companies, including Becton Dickinson and Company, the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the American Red Cross, Fila USA, Inc., and Black & Decker.
Carolyn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University and a master’s degree in international business from Johns Hopkins University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified AVA Analyst, Predictive Index Analyst, and is Lominger Certified (interview, team and career architect). Carolyn sits on the board of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network Baltimore Chapter and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Roberts is also a gifted musician. She is a founder of and violinist for the Baltimore Philharmonia Orchestra and also a member of the Hunt Valley Symphony Orchestra.
