City of Wilmington Green Jobs Student Visits
KCI will host kids from the City of Wilmington's Green Jobs Program
Our staff encompasses wide range of technical skill sets and years of experience. KCI offers the engineers, scientists, inspectors, analysts, surveyors and other professionals a place where they can stretch their technical skills, leverage opportunities for innovation, and contribute to the company and community outside of the standard, daily design and build experience.
Our seasoned staff members offer mentorship to a range of interests from grade school students to college interns and new hires. The firm encourages employees to be active in professional societies and give back to both our industry and community.
A comprehensive training budget affords our team a wealth of opportunities to expand their knowledge base, investigate new disciplines and take on more responsibility. Internal programs including the multi-year emerging, professional and advanced leaders classes expose employees to a continuum of management skills from negotiation to conflict resolution.
