Harvey M. Floyd, PE

Harvey Floyd joined KCI in 1985 as a project engineer and was later promoted to vice president and chief of the structures division. In 1995, he was promoted to senior vice president and appointed head of KCI’s Mid-Atlantic transportation market, serving clients in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

In 2007, Floyd was promoted to chief client services officer, where he oversees the firm’s business practices and quality management system. In 2010, He was promoted to  Transportation Discipline Manager, responsible for management of the firm’s highway and bridge planning and design efforts companywide. Floyd received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1978, and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in 1989.
