Jack Kinstlinger, PE, AICP

Jack Kinstlinger joined KCI in 1984 as president, and became chief executive officer and chairman of the board in 1988. He currently serves as chairman emeritus.

His prior experience includes service as deputy secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and state highway director in Colorado. Kinstlinger earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
