Joseph J. Siemek

Joe Siemek joined KCI in 2002 as head of KCI’s Maryland public utilities division in Maryland. Since then, he has managed contracts with some of KCI’s largest clients, including the city of Baltimore, Baltimore Gas and Electric, the Maryland State Highway Administration, and Verizon. Siemek was promoted to vice president in 2003 and senior vice president in 2006. He served as operations manager for the telecom/utilities and environmental disciplines until 2011. Siemek is now program director for all of  KCI’s design and construction contracts for the Inter-County Broadband Network project in Central Maryland.

He received a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 1978 and a master’s in business administration from Loyola University Maryland in 1987.
