From the South: Take I-95 North to Newark. Get off I-95 at Exit #1- DE Route 896 North. Proceed on Route 896 North for 1 mile. Merge into the right lane of Route 896 North. At the intersection of Route 896 North and Route 4, turn right onto Route 4. Proceed on Route 4 for 1.3 miles. Merge into the left lane of Route 4.
