KCI Inspectors Support the President's Call for Transportation Funding

September 01, 2011

Washington, DC

At the White House yesterday, four of KCI's construction inspectors were on hand for President Obama's press conference calling for congress to pass legislation funding the nation's transportation program. Julian Gonzales, Chris Negley, and Adam Vencill are overseeing construction of Fairfax County Parkway in Virginia for the Federal Highway Administration. They met and shook hands with the President in the Oval Office before the press conference. Vencill and Negley were asked to join the President and Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood on stage and were called out by name during his speech. Later, the Baltimore Sun covered KCI's participation in the event, quoting both Vencill and CEO and Chairman Terry Neimeyer.
