KCI Co-Sponsors Energy, Environment & Law Symposium

If you are doing business on the East Coast or are contemplating doing so, you do not want to miss this one-day symposium. At this session,co-sponsored by KCI and Saul Ewing, you will hear directly from – and interact with – regulators and policy-makers from the White House, EPA, River Basin Commissions and Mid-Atlantic state agencies whose knowledge will put you in the best position to excel and compete in 2012 and beyond. CLE credits have been approved for Pennsylvania. Applications for accreditation of this activity have been submitted to the MCLE Committee of the State Bar of Texas and the MCLE Commission of the Oklahoma Bar Association and are currently pending.
The symposium will take place at the Renaissance Houston Greenway Plaza Hotel, 8 Greenway Plaza in East Houston, Texas on January 11, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Networking Reception will follow, beginning at 5:15 p.m.

This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 5 credit hours, of which 1 credit hour will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit. CLE credit has been obtained for Pennsylvania. There will be no charge for CLE credit.
