KCI Promotes Windschitl to Vice President

KCI Technologies Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering firm with offices in the Northeast, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, has promoted Roger J. Windschitl to vice president. With more than 17 years of experience in environmental assessment and restoration, Windschitl oversees the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Natural Resources Management Division and is leading the group’s expansion into the Midwest market.
“Over the last two years, Roger has brought innovative ideas and a renewed focus to the firm’s Resource Management Group,” says Executive Vice President Christopher J. Griffith, PE, CCM. “Through his efforts, we have expanded our client base and service offerings across the region and are now getting involved in innovative design-build projects, which will allow us to offer more delivery options to our clients.”
Since joining KCI as a senior environmental scientist in 2002, Windschitl has worked on many of the firm’s more notable natural resources projects, including the Intercounty Connector, the Woodrow Wilson Bridge replacement, the I-70/Six Points Road Interchange stream relocation, and the Rowe Boulevard bridges over Weems and College creeks. He has overseen the Natural Resources Management Division since 2006. Windschitl holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in environmental studies.
