KCI Technologies Expands to Larger Office in Sterling, Va.

KCI Technologies Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering firm with offices in the Northeast, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, has moved its Chantilly operations to Sterling in order to accommodate its growth in the Virginia market. The new address is 22450 Glenn Drive, Suite 118, Sterling, VA 20164.

“We have been successful in securing work in northern Virginia, and this office gives us the flex space we need to continue this growth,” said Senior Vice President Joseph Siemek, PE. “With an initial staff of 10, the Sterling office will accommodate our anticipated growth to 25 employees offering full-service engineering and field capabilities.”

KCI’s Sterling office provides engineering and support services to local government agencies, municipalities, developers, and utility companies. The firm’s backlog in Northern Virginia includes utility design, surveying, subsurface utility engineering, site development, mechanical/electrical engineering, and watershed planning projects. The new flex office space includes a garage to house the firm’s vacuum excavation and designation equipment used when identifying subsurface utilities.
