Waterman Joins KCI as Transportation Practice Leader, Office Manager in New York

KCI welcomes Patrick G. Waterman, PE, as transportation practice leader and office manager in the firm’s Rochester, N.Y., office. Waterman will be responsible for business development and project management for highway and bridge projects located throughout the state.

Waterman’s career in structural and transportation engineering spans more than two decades. With a strong emphasis on bridges, locks and dams, his project experience includes work for the New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Thruway Authority, the city of Rochester, and numerous county and municipal agencies. Managerially, he has been responsible for client relationships as well as business development with new and existing industry clients.

Waterman holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a professional engineer licensed in the state of New York, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Association of Bridge Construction and Design.
