Jefferson Properties, Jefferson at Logan Circle

KCI under a direct contract with the Developer/Construction Manager/Owner is providing design, material, supervision, and labor to cable a ten-story luxury high-rise residential apartment development. The project includes a copper and fiber optic riser system, build-out of 20 telecommunications rooms, tie cables to 292 units for voice video and data, and four workstation outlets (1290 total) consolidated within each unit.
