KCI provides professional services to assist the DoD in managing installation infrastructure and facilities that support the global presence of the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.

We provide a full slate of planning, engineering and construction management services. From barracks to bridges to entry control points, KCI has served the DoD proudly for decades.  Our staff draws from a seamless integration of planning, zoning, permitting, utility, traffic, environmental and facility engineering expertise to develop Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified facilities.  In addition, we have provided planning, environmental and stream restoration design in response to local regulatory requirements.

We’ve completed hundreds of projects for the DoD. This experience, combined with our local knowledge, helps us solve infrastructure challenges though traditional design contracts as well as design-build partnerships.
