KCI supports the agencies charged with keeping the U.S. at the forefront of scientific and medical research. From upgrading laboratory facilities to expanding or developing urban research campuses, we offer a broad range of services, including master planning, surveying, engineering and construction management.

Beyond traditional design, our experience includes developing hazardous waste remediation and cultural resource master plans, environmental assessment documentation and turnkey voice and data communications systems to assist agencies in managing their land and infrastructure resources. We work directly with the owner or in partnership with architects, developers and contractors to realize our client’s vision.
