KCI provides professional services for the expansion and modification of campus facilities and infrastructure at private and public colleges and universities, and community colleges. We partner with owners, architects and contractors to provide the technical expertise required to facilitate expansion. From multi-campus university systems to small private colleges, KCI provides master planning, utility mapping, engineering design, due diligence, and construction management services. 

Beyond traditional design, we offer security services, including crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) and mass notification systems, as well as turnkey services for the installation of voice and data communications networks.
