KCI provides planning, engineering and construction management services to government agencies responsible for preserving, protecting and restoring natural resources.

Our capabilities range from National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and consent-decree compliance, to hazardous waste assessment and remediation, to watershed studies and water-quality monitoring. We have experience with stream restoration, archaeological investigations, geographic information systems (GIS) and groundwater studies.

Our engineers and scientists have supported regulatory agencies by providing review services for stormwater management and erosion and sediment control plans, and by developing on-site training programs for emerging technologies and techniques.
