Serving as a seamless extension of the University of Maryland Medical System’s facilities management staff, KCI provided full-service program management services for the annual capital and construction program. In support of the system’s $270 million downtown development program, our project managers have successfully completed more than 30 projects ranging in value from $15,000 to $80 million. We have served as the focal point throughout the full life cycle of each project, from programming and design through procurement, construction, occupancy and close-out. In addition to successfully managing the scope, schedule, quality and budget for these projects, our project managers minimized impacts to ongoing hospital operations.
