Services:	Solid waste management; geotechnical, mechanical/electrical, traffic, structural and site engineering; construction inspection; materials testing

KCI prepared contract documents and construction oversight for a two-level, 500-ton-per-day municipal solid waste transfer station with provisions for future expansion to double the station’s capacity. Engineers also developed operating procedures and an emergency operations plan.
