Brooklyn Park Fire Station

KCI provided planning, engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services for construction of a new three-bay, two-story fire station with a green roof. This $2.2 million project included demolition plans for the existing 5,000-square-foot facility and design of a temporary facility to house firefighters during construction. In an effort to accommodate a tight site area, we designed a unique angular building to allow the fire trucks to enter the adjacent intersection from an angle.
