KCI provided services for the renovation of this low-income housing development into a mixed-use, mixed-income community. The 11-acre site now boasts 338 units of housing, green space, 20,000 square feet of retail space, and a 40,000-square-foot community center that houses a micro-business center, a head start program and a supportive services center. We prepared design plans for the roadway and utility infrastructure associated with the complete reconstruction of the original city street grid.
