Since 1996, KCI has served as the Town Engineer for the Town of Elkton. Under the Newark Office's direction, more than 200 employees and 15 divisions within KCI have worked on various tasks under this contract. Projects have involved plan review, streetscape improvements, water/wastewater engineering, water analysis services, sanitary sewer tasks, road restoration projects, stream restoration, feasibility studies and capital improvement investigations.
