KCI provided engineering, site planning, surveying, and environmental planning services for the placement of unmanned wireless transmission facilities throughout Prince George's County. Funded through the Department of Homeland Security, these towers are designed to support the county's emergency management system by improving coverage and preventing gaps of intermittent or non-existent service, allowing the county's emergency response personnel to better protect the community.
