As part of the $2.4 billion Woodrow Wilson Bridge replacement project, KCI prepared design plans for reconstructing the I-95/I-495/MD 210 interchange. Work involved widening I-95 from six to 12 lanes, reconstructing the MD 210 interchange, and constructing a new grade-separated interchange for MD 210 at Oxon Hill Road. Construction was broken into four contracts to give the state the maximum flexibility to advertise for construction.
