ASCE MD Honors Piscataway Hills Landslide Slope Stabilization

The American Society of Civil Engineers of Maryland recognized KCI’s Piscataway Hills Landslide Stabilization project with the civil engineering achievement of the year award in the small project category (construction cost of Less than $20 million).

After a landslide damaged roadways and utilities, and displaced residents in Prince George’s County, Maryland, KCI’s multi-discipline team analyzed soil conditions, monitored slope stability, prepared design plans and oversaw construction of repairs to restore access to the creek-side neighborhood.
