Peggy White and Patrick West Expand Mid-Atlantic Land Development Capabilities

KCI welcomes Peggy M. White, PE, LEED AP, CGP, as land development practice leader and Patrick A. West, RLA, LEED AP BD+C, as senior project planner. White will be responsible for business development and management of the firm’s land development practice in Maryland, while West will oversee landscape architecture projects in Pennsylvania.

White brings to the firm over three decades of design, business development and management experience in the land development and facilities engineering industries. Her career has afforded her expertise in land planning, civil engineering, and project management for a wide array of commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use projects. She earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and is a registered professional engineer in five states. White also is a U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional. She has been actively involved in industry organizations including the Maryland Building Industry Association, the Urban Land Institute Baltimore, the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, and the Chesapeake Area Society of Healthcare Engineering. White is a graduate of Leadership Howard County.

Peggy is a recognized leader in the land development and building industries. Her knowledge and expertise will allow us to better serve our existing clients while expanding our client base into new markets.

Brian C. Morgan, PLA, LEED APRegional Practice Leader

Brian C. Morgan, PLA, LEED AP

West’s career spans more than 32 years in project management for both private and public sector development projects. He is experienced in the preparation of feasibility studies, site approvals, design development, cost estimation and construction documentation for commercial, military, medical and educational facilities; streetscape and public park renovations; national cemeteries; and housing and residential development. West earned his bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the Ohio State University. He is a registered landscape architect in Ohio and Pennsylvania and a LEED AP Building Design + Construction. West is currently serving as chairman of the Pennsylvania State Board of Landscape Architects.

Patrick has significant project management experience for many small and large developments. He will ensure successful delivery of our projects as we continue to increase our presence in the region.
