Database and Applications Development

Drawing on the technical expertise of in-house programmers, analysts and other specialists, KCI creates customized desktop- and Internet-based programming solutions for public- and private-sector clients. We have delivered database designs for engineering, environmental and business applications, implemented complex asset and document management solutions, and developed back-end data structures and front-end graphic designs to power project Web sites. Our experience includes environmental impact studies, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) compliance, cartography, addressing, utility engineering, watershed planning, roadway centerline mapping, parcel mapping and other decision support systems.
