From the North: Take I-95 South toward Newark. Merge onto DE-1 South via Exit 4A toward Christiana/Mall Road (Portions toll). Continue on Coastal Highway. Turn left onto US-9 BR East/Savannah Road.

From the South: Take I-95 North, passing through Washington, D.C., then crossing into Maryland. Merge onto US-50 East via Exit 19A toward Annapolis (Portions toll). Merge onto Ocean Gateway/US-50 East toward Ocean City. Turn left onto MD-404/Queen Anne Highway/Wye Mills-Queen Anne Road. Continue to follow MD-404 East (Crossing into Delaware). Stay straight to go onto Seashore Highway/DE-404 BR. Turn left onto Market Street/DE-404 BR. Turn right onto South Main Street/US-13 BR/DE-404 BR. Turn left onto Seashore Highway/DE-404. Continue to follow DE-404 East. Pass through one roundabout. DE-404 East becomes US-9 BR East/Savannah Road.
