In May, the Maryland Chamber of Commerce appointed KCI Chairman, President, and CEO Terry F. Neimeyer, PE, vice chairman for 2003-05. Neimeyer has served on the Chamber’s board since 1999 and is a past chair of the Baltimore County Chamber.
In July, John R. Kovacs, PE, presented a paper on the “Challenges of Relocating a Wastewater Effluent Outfall on the Potomac River,” co-written by Cynthia C. Brush and Gregory V. Kemp, PE, at the 2003 Pipelines Conference, held in Baltimore.
The Richmond, VA, Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers has elected Ingrid Stenbjorn, PE, to its Board of Directors for 2003-04.
