Donald R. Graber, PE, has been appointed chief structural engineer in KCI’s Manassas, VA, Office. A bridge designer and inspector for more than 26 years, Don is managing KCI’s structural designs on the I-95/Route 1 Interchange Project—part of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Replacement Project.

KCI’s Board of Directors has named Alan W. Mlinarchik chief information officer and promoted him to vice president. Alan has headed KCI’s Information Technology Division since 1991.

The Board of Directors of KCI Tower Systems, Inc., promoted Samuel J. Trinca to senior vice president and named David D. Colclough vice president of construction. David, who has more than 20 years of experience in tower construction, has served with KCI Tower Systems since its inception in 1995. He will lead KCI’s plans for expansion in the mid-Atlantic region.

Robin L. Beacham joined KCI’s Richmond, VA, Office in recent months as a senior transportation engineer. Before joining KCI, Robbie served for 31 years with the Virginia Department of Transportation.
