People (Fall 2001)

As part of KCI’s strategic reorganization, Nathan J. Beil, PE, former head of the company’s Environmental Services Group, has been selected to manage the new Mid-Atlantic Region, comprising Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Within this region, Harvey M. Floyd, PE, will lead the Transportation Market; Christopher J. Griffith, PE, CCM, the Construction Management Market; and Charles A. Phillips, Jr., RPLS, the Site Engineering / Buildings / Telecommunications Market. Thomas G. Sprehe, PE, former head of the Environmental Engineering Division, has been promoted to the leadership post of the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Environmental Market.

Sanjeev Malhotra, PE, AICP, joined KCI in June as a senior associate. A transportation planner and engineer, he brings more than 20 years of experience in highway, transit, and traffic design. He recently served as Chief of Transportation for Loudoun County, VA.
