FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HUNT VALLEY, MD, SEPTEMBER 28, 2007—KCI Technologies Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering firm with offices in the Northeast, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, was ranked among the top transportation design firms in the nation by Roads and Bridges magazine.
To create a series of “go-to lists” of the top consultants in the country, Roads and Bridges asked government subscribers to pick the best firm in a number of categories. The results were published in the August 2007 issue. KCI was ranked 18 among bridge design firms, 60 among road and highway design firms, and 26 among design-build design firms.
“It’s an honor to be recognized among the prestigious bridge engineering firms on this list,” said Harvey Floyd, PE, chief client services officer and structural engineer. “We’ve truly come a long way over the last 25 years from a structural department of three engineers to a nationally-ranked firm with recognized expertise in bridge engineering.”
KCI provides bridge and transportation design services for projects throughout the Eastern and Central United States. For more information on the firm’s capabilities, please click here.
