WTS Employer of the Year—The North Carolina Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) honored KCI Associates of North Carolina as the WTS Employer of the Year for 2003, recognizing the efforts of KCI members Elizabeth R. Phipps, PE (outgoing president) and Janette A. Tudor, PE (former facilities chair and vice president elect) with five-year service awards; as well as Shannon R. Irwin, PE (incoming facilities chair) and Michelle R. Brame (Job Bank Committee).
