KCI prepared the final park design for an 11-acre community park. The park site was 50% forested and included streams and ponds throughout. The design of the park included many park amenities including two soccer fields, sports lighting, nature trails, bridge crossings, picnic areas, and a restroom and concession building. The site required the design of stormwater management facilities, wetland delineation, and wetland permitting as well as the completion of several environmental studies.
