This contract involved providing supplemental inspection contracts to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) on a multi-year open-end contract covering highway and bridge construction inspection projects in the EFLHD’s North Region. Although the majority of work was within the District of Columbia, the North Region encompassed Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri. KCI’s consultant inspection and testing services were provided in accordance with the FHWA’s construction inspection practices, policies and procedures; in compliance with the FHWA’s latest specifications, standards and directives; and to the satisfaction of the FHWA.
