Riveredge II ALTA Survey

As part of a major real estate transaction, KCI prepared a location survey for five large industrial building that comprise the Riveredge Industrial Park in New Castle, Delaware. The surveys were prepared in accordance with ALTA/ACSM (American Land Title Association / American Congress on Surveying and Mapping) requirements, the standard for the sale and financing of commercial developments.

The Riveredge Industrial Park contains 328,052 square feet of leasable space, a half-mile of road and numerous support facilities and features (parking, sewer, electric, water, signage and easements). KCI conducted field work on the five buildings and all physical improvements on the client’s property. The survey also extended twenty feet onto adjoining properties.

KCI’s project team compiled field data and then prepared plans using MicroStation Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD). The surveying and drafting were completed on an aggressive schedule so that plans could be submitted to the client within the project’s ten-day requirement.
