Baltimore County Public Schools retained KCI to perform engineering, bidding support and construction administration services for systemic renovations at the Southwest Academy, a 136,000 SF middle school. The work in the main building involved the following major items and other related work including replacement of domestic water systems, new fire protection sprinkler systems, lighting design, new kitchen and cafeteria service lines and renovation of Science laboratories and Art classrooms. Our services also included providing two relocatable classrooms on the site.
