Overlooking Camden Yards, the new Zenith Apartments rise over West Pratt Street in downtown Baltimore. As a consultant to the Whiting-Turner, KCI’s land surveyors provided control and construction layout for this 21-story structure featuring two-level luxury apartments. On-site amenities include underground parking, an indoor pool and courtyard and an on-site restaurant. KCI’s strict adherence to schedules and level of accuracy on this intricately designed building prompted the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company to award the firm another high-rise project to be constructed in Washington, D.C.
