KCI Tower Systems is a 100% employee-owned firm. Our people are the company, and their knowledge, creativity, innovation, and credibility define our way of doing business.
In a young industry, KCI offers clients a tested, experienced staff of telecommunication professionals. We’ve participated in the build-out of more than 10,000 sites. Our senior professionals bring 15 to 20 years of experience to seasoned, dynamic teams, led by project managers with at least five years of field expertise.
KCI also is a voting member and active participant in the National Association of Tower Erectors, an organization that educates its members and promotes quality work among all disciplines within the profession.
Safety
Tower construction requires great skill and concentration, posing many hazards to the untrained or careless worker. At KCI Tower Systems, worker safety is our top priority; a philosophy inherent in managing successful projects and promoting employee satisfaction. KCI employees receive in-depth, ongoing instruction in safety procedures as part of their daily work schedule. The formal program is supported by precise documentation, certification, quarterly safety reviews, and an employee reward system. |
