Andrew Clevenger is an accomplished engineering project manager within KCI’s Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Northeast practice. With more than 15 years of experience focused on SUE, he has overseen projects for state agencies and departments of transportation.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in adolescent education (biology) from State University of New York at Oswego. He has advocated for both public and private sector recognition and compliance with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Standard 38-02, the Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data. Andrew is currently serving on the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York Energy Committee.
