Andrew Clevenger is an accomplished engineering practice leader within KCI’s Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Northeast practice with the majority of his focus in New York and New England. With more than 19 years of experience focused on proposing and negotiating scope, schedule and fee estimates for tasks and projects, and overseeing production quantity and quality on SUE projects, he maintains responsibility for consulting and coordinating with multiple practices and subconsultants as required for the effective delivery of preliminary field data.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in adolescent education (biology) from State University of New York at Oswego. He has advocated for both public and private sector recognition and compliance with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Standard 38-02, the Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data. Andrew is currently serving on the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York Energy Committee.
