Brad Spittel is an accomplished geographic information systems (GIS) professional with experience in planning and zoning, economic development, and transportation planning. His areas of expertise encompass enterprise wide GIS, cartography, advanced spatial analysis, database development, database security, and management. His expertise also includes developing Web-based GIS applications and as well as models and analysis tools in GIS to address spatially based problems in transportation, planning and zoning, and economic development. He has produced customized GIS solutions that address specific spatial analysis challenges. Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning from Frostburg State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
A new day care for children of U.S. House representatives is preparing to open in Washington, DC. KCI provided construction engineering, inspection and management for this project.
Construction on the new U.S. 301 E-Z Pass toll road is coming to a close. The $636 million project will serve to alleviate traffic from the old Route 301 in the area.
The city of Rehoboth, Delaware, kicked off its comprehensive plan on December 14. KCI is providing public planning consultation services for the city.
