Douglas Goldsmith is Vice President and Regional Practice Leader for KCI’s Geospatial Solutions and Asset Management organizations. He manages a team of over 50 geographic information systems and asset management professionals, analysts and developers responsible for database development and administration; data collection; GIS assessments, development, and implementation; photogrammetry; programming; application development; and web development. Goldsmith has earned a reputation as a client advocate, assuring project execution exceeds expectations.
Doug earned his bachelor’s and a master’s degree both in geography and environmental planning from Towson University. He is a long-time adjunct professor at Towson University, also sitting on the school’s alumni association board of directors as well as their GIS conference committee. Additionally, Doug is a member of the Community College of Baltimore County’s geospatial advisory board, the Maryland state geographic information committee, and the Maryland Association of Floodplain and Stormwater Managers.
