Marshall Pearsall is a senior project manager and wireless advocate with KCI Communications Infrastructure. He has been a key contributor for the creation of legislation, municipal franchise agreements, and utility attachment agreements for the deployment of wireless infrastructure that is required for Smart City technologies. With a career spanning more than 30 years, Marshall is a recognized wireless professional with extensive real estate, zoning, regulatory, construction and legislative experience.
Through the years, Marshall has built strong working relationships with municipal, state, private, wireless infrastructure providers and federal entities. While he cherishes his professional relationships, he considers his 10 years of service as a member of the Richmond Public Library Foundation Board as his greatest honor.
