Nick Barrick is a vice president and discipline manager for Land Development, Landscape Architecture/Land Planning, Building Structures and Wireless Telecommunications. Nick leads the Site/Facilities team from site feasibility and conceptual planning through detailed design, construction and permit drawings to construction administration and project closeout. Projects include large/small residential subdivisions, commercial developments, industrial warehouse municipal projects, K-12 and higher education, safety facilities, park & recreation projects, infrastructure design, wireless facility design, small cell design, mine reclamation, and landscape design.
Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and will complete his master’s in business administration in 2022 from Loyola University. He joined KCI in 2004 and is a registered civil engineer and LEED AP. Nick is very active with the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP Maryland and the Boy Scouts of America.
