Randy Seaver, CGCWith more than 40 years of experience, Randy Seaver is the discipline manager for subsurface utility engineering (SUE) companywide. He is responsible for management, backlog, business development, training and quality control for a team of more than 80 professionals. SUE is one of the fastest growing disciplines at KCI, with $17 million in revenue in 2020, and has the largest geographic footprint ranging from New Bedford, New Hampshire, south to Tampa, Florida, and west to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Randy has expertise in the design of roadway, railroad, and utilities such as stormwater, reclaimed water, force mains, communication towers, and gas lines. He is experienced in the preparation of engineering construction plans, specifications, permitting and coordination between client and agencies, and has served both public and private utility clients alike.
