Lloyd’s Recertifies KCI’s ISO Quality Management System

9001-ANABOn October 19, Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance approved KCI’s Quality Management System to International Standards Organization ISO 9001:2008. The firm’s recertification is for a three-year term and it kicks off KCI’s second decade as an ISO-certified construction management and engineering firm. The recertification process included 105 project, process and practice audits conducted among offices in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas. KCI’s ISO 9001:2008 recertification incorporates recent acquisitions in Charlotte, North Carolina; Rock Hill, South Carolina; and Houston, Texas.

This was a true team win and over 10 percent of our employees made direct contributions to audits this year. In addition, KCI’s new offices embraced the ISO standard and earned high scores during Lloyd’s audits.
