Employees Volunteer to Clean Up Local Streams

In late April, employees from KCI’s Newark, Dover and Sparks offices volunteered a Saturday to help clean-up an outdoor space in their community. Through Project Clean Stream, a program that connects volunteers with local parks, rivers and streams, our employees and their families helped removed trash from the neighborhoods where they live and work.

Our volunteers in Delaware cleared out trash at a site in the town of Millington, while volunteers in Sparks removed litter from a tributary at Gwynns Falls in West Baltimore. Together they carried out countless bags of garbage, tires, road signs, scrap metal, and even a toilet from the sites.
