KCI is pleased to announce that Jennifer Gorman has joined the firm as general counsel. Her role entails contract review and negotiations, claims review and litigation, management of outside counsel, and support for corporate functions, acquisitions and training.
Throughout her two decades of legal experience, Gorman has supported both private and public entities in domestic and international corporate matters including: policy development and implementation, contract management, risk assessments, ethical conduct investigations, due diligence determinations, conflict of interest settlement and regulatory compliance. Her expertise also includes proficiency in litigation strategy, data privacy and security, and intellectual property.
Jennifer has years of experience supporting and guiding organizations and project teams throughout the contract and negotiation process. As KCI continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, we felt it critical to have in-house counsel as a partner to help us navigate legal risks and concerns across the firm.
