KCI Welcomes Adam Rickey as Regional Practice Leader

KCI welcomes Adam T. Rickey, PE, CPD, as regional practice leader for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. He will be responsible for technical oversight, business development, client relations and financial performance.

Rickey brings to the firm 11 years of experience in project management and mechanical systems design for institutional, commercial, laboratory, healthcare and governmental facilities. Prior to joining KCI, he supervised multi-disciplined teams on a variety of renovation, fit-out and new building construction projects. His previous role included serving as a group manager where he led a team responsible for the design and documentation for mechanical utilities, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and fire protection systems. Rickey also oversaw construction progress and design documentation; performed field surveys, system analyses and energy studies; and provided cost estimating services.

Adam brings a great deal of private sector experience to our group. I am confident he will provide our existing clients with the outstanding service they have come to count on from KCI and also help our Mid-Atlantic Mechanical/Electrical Practice grow into new markets.
